Beautiful 250 acre property on Kangaroo Island! On half, we have sheep and lambs in paddock. You can see the little lambs playing and being born. If lucky, we may be shearing.

The other half is untouched natural scrub with grass and trees 12foot tall. There are Koalas, eagles, kangaroos wallabies etc. Not to mention a creek with small waterfalls.
This listing includes power from our shed! There is 1 drop dunny and limited rain water. Camp fires (small) are allowed when fire restrictions allow. We have a recycling bin and rubbish bin at corner of snug and Colman’s Rd. For an extra charge you can fish for marron in the dams.
You can go on night walks to see kangaroos and wallabies (bring light ). This property is on the western end of Kangaroo island and close to Flinders Chase, Western River, Cape Borda
In winter time the ground can be boggy, so 4WD preferred.
