The space
If you are looking for an easy beach (well close to beach) stay- just the basic comforts of home, somewhere relaxed where you can make yourself at home, then we might be just what you are looking for.
We are a little 2 bedroom holiday unit in the heart of Kingscote, close to all amenities and just down the road from the beach. A stay away from home, somewhere chilled out where you can relax and enjoy your break!
The fully functional kitchen includes oven, stove and microwave. Includes all pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and utensils. There are a few little treats like a toasted sandwich maker and air fryer. You will also find dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels.
We hope you enjoy lounging in our lounge! Featuring a comfy leather lounge suite, 58 inch TV, blue tooth speaker and Apple TV.
You will also find a small desk with basic stationery.
You will also find some games, DVD’s and books for your entertainment.
The bathroom is fresh and functional. It features a vanity, toilet and shower. And you will also find a hair dryer, soap, toilet paper and shampoo.
The laundry is complete with trough, washing machine and dryer…. you will also find laundry detergent for your convenience. The washing line, is out the back under cover, access it through the rear door located in the laundry.
You will also find an ironing board and iron for your convenience.
The property is located close all services and amenities, including pubs, supermarket, swimming pool, chemist, hardware, medical centre and more.
The outdoor area has just been renovated and features a bar, outdoor kitchen, BBQ area, lounge area, spa and a lush garden.
If you are travelling in a group you might like to consider, booking unit 3 on the same property, which has the same floor plan and also sleeps 7 guests.
PLEASE NOTE- unit 2 is the second unit on your right when you pull into the driveway.
Guest access
You can access the apartment via the lockbox on the left hand side of the front door.
Please feel free to use all areas of apartment 2 including the front porch, backyard, barbecue area and spa.
Please feel free to use the middle/ centre car spot in the driveway which has been allocated for unit 2 or use the street out the front, where you will find plenty of free parking available there.
PLEASE NOTE- unit 2 is the centre/ middle unit, between unit 1 and 3.
